We decided to celebrate the new year at home in a family way. Only now the TV has been broken for several months, but I don’t want to fix it for the sake of several hours of watching New Year’s programs. So the question is - where can you find a good, reliable broadcast of the first channel with a bit rate in the region of 300-1500 kilobits / sec? Silverlight is not offered.
