Onedrive for Business, how do I set up server sync?

Good day to all. I apologize in advance for stupid questions, because. I am a layman in this field. But there is a certain need to solve the problem. There is Office 365, there is OneDrive for Business. And there is a server on which it is very desirable to have a backup copy of what several employees do at their computers, whether it be Word or Excel, or something else. In what ways can this be achieved? At least a rough direction?

The use of OneDrive for Business implies that a copy of the employee's data will be stored in the Office 365 subscription, i.e. in the Sharepoint Online online storage. Thus, we can assume that some of the redundancy tasks are solved out of the box.
On the user side, you can configure "version control". If you need to organize an additional backup from the cloud side, you need commercial utilities.
