Is it possible to use oneDrive to synchronize a folder on computers for DIFFERENT users?

On the computers of DIFFERENT users, oneDrive is installed normal, NOT corporate.
It is necessary to synchronize the folder between n DIFFERENT accounts so that the user on the THICK client, on his computer, NOT on the web, makes changes, these changes automatically appear on the computer of other users. (Essentially a ball with a connected client)
1. Is it possible to set it up like this on regular oneDrive? If so, how?
2. Is this possible in the corporate oneDrive? If so, how?

@Neuroware

it is impossible without crutches, the task itself is a crutch, because the wrong tool is used to solve it. If you want to edit one document together, there are special sites for this (google docs, etc.). If it changes 1 and should be updated by others, then this is replaced by a link to the first file from the same oneDrive and nothing needs to be synchronized.
