How to create a [download] button embedded in Onedrive file?

There are some documents in Onedrive, let's say these: https://1drv.ms/f/s!ApXPOGRf6qiUhbxa03UyaSA5oykXDA

There is a place on the site where these embedded documents are displayed. Everything is simple there (for a registered user) - you click on the document, you say - embed - you get an iframe - you paste it on the site.

In the same place, on the site under development, there is a [download] button - by clicking on it, the user from the browser should start downloading this document, let's say in pdf.

But how to do this is not yet clear.

You can, of course, extract a link to this document from the iframe code and open it in a new browser window, but this is not an option. OneDrive is so funny that in this case it will confuse the unintelligent user rather than help him (for example, here:https://onedrive.live.com/embed?cid=94A8EA5F6438CF... ).

At the Onedrive itself, downloading is implemented, somehow. I would like to implement it on my website.

Question - how to do it?
Thank you.
