How do I put OneDrive sync folders in a "roaming" VDI user profile?

Hello colleagues!
I really need help.
There is a pool of virtual machines with Windows 10 (VDI). User profiles on a separate virtual disk, everything works fine, the user gets to any free VM in the pool and sees his settings (files, desktop, etc.)
I decided to tie OneDrive to all this, since there is an O365 E3 subscription.
But when installing the OneDrive client, I get an error - "Your OneDrive folder cannot be created at the location specified." That is, OneDrive understands that this is not a local drive and does not allow it to be placed.
Placing a VM outside the profile on the system disk is not an option, since the user can end up on any VM from the pool.

The location you were trying to create OneDrive folder belongs to drive with an unsupported file system. To have OneDrive use a different location, click Set up OneDrive and point OneDrive to an NTFS drive. To use the existing location with OneDrive, you need to format it with NTFS and then click Set up OneDrive to continue your account.

Those. according to the MS documentation, a profile can only be created on a disk formatted in NTFS, make sure that you have it really NTFS.
