How to synchronize NTP on Win Server Hyper-V?

Good day. For some reason, I cannot synchronize Win Server Hyper-V with time services. Always says a sync error has occurred. I tried to restart the w32time service and prescribe the ntp server through the registry editor does not help. Where to dig?

For a long time I scored on the built-in Windows time service and use NetTime . Without hemorrhoids and accurate to fractions of a second, as NTP should work.
