How to increase smb multichannel speed on Hyper-v 2019\Server core 2019?
There are two Proliant DL360 G10 servers with a 366FLR network card with four gigabit ports, they are combined via SET into a virtual switch with Dynamic balancing.
When copying via smb through 4 virtual adapters of one file, the speed does not rise above 170-180 MB / s. With an increase/decrease in the number of v-adapters, the speed will not change, but simply the load on each will decrease/increase accordingly:
If you copy several files at the same time, then the total speed reaches ~370 MB/s, the reason is not hardware, but with an smb session or non-aggressive balancing?
In what there can be a reason or where approximately to dig?
Maybe you shouldn't bother with 2019 and install 2016? Who used both 16 and 19 will there be such problems at 16? The TCP \ IP stack in 2019 has changed a lot, is it more promising than the "old" one?
