Why is hyper-v so buggy?

Hyper-V

Enabled hyper v to use android emulator in visual studio. So suddenly a virtual switch appeared (after a reboot) and this virtual network became a priority over the main one. That is, the network through the wire did not work. Even if I deleted it or turned it off. After the reboot, a new switch appeared and laid down the network.
So far I solved the problem by disabling hyper v. So at least it works. But I need hyper v. How can he redatt5 his hands so that he does not climb into the network?
