ОDesk Connection Failed, what should I do to get the program working?

Some time ago I sat through oDesk timetracker and everything was fine. But then the cache suddenly filled up to 100% and I noticed this problem:
Sending request at 10:02:30
URL: team.odesk.com/team/client/receiver
Protocol: HTTPS
Port: 443
Upload speed: no limit
Timeout: 180 s
Received response at 10:02:31
Connection FAILED
Error: 12031 - HttpSendRequestEx
Googling by mistake showed some problems with the firewall, but I absolutely did not touch anything there.
Now I can't work with clothes =(

Well, check in the browser for yourself whether access works or not.

Try opening the Odesa website in Internet Explorer. If it does not work, then you need to enable support for TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 protocols in the explorer settings:
Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced
