How do I get my Upwork account verified?

I recently decided to sign up for Upwork, but I can't get verified.

I tried several times to resend the application, before that I changed the profile description radically, but to no avail.
Initially, I even edited a video specifically for this purpose. Now I removed it, maybe it interferes with the pass :)

You can’t initially fill in shit, you go to a good profile and steal all the most delicious, you don’t have to invent
Juniors, there’s also no place on the upwork, so you have to pretend to be middle

Do not wait 6-12 months, open a new account for a friend, spear all the goodies from competitors from the top and go! It was like that too.
