Why might my UpWork account have been banned?

During verification, the agent girl asked questions on my profile, asked me to describe the work from the portfolio. There were no specific questions - I answered everything that was asked.
She said that the letter with the status will come to the post office within 48 hours.
This morning, a day later, I found that my account was blocked, the current contract was cancelled. Tried to write to support - no answer. There is also no letter in the mail with the reason for the blocking. Posted on the official twitter. The answer is disappointing:
We're sorry to confirm that your account is permanently suspended. We can see it has been decided that our working relationship must come to an end, and we regret that this has to happen. We aim to maintain an online workplace that benefits all users. For this reason, we sometimes must take action against accounts that demonstrate behavior that can negatively impact other users. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors outside of Upwork.
I asked about the reason for the suspension, but they refused to tell me
it's unfortunate that you had to go through this, but the decision to suspend your account is final and we cannot divulge information as to why your account was suspended. We wish you the best in your future endeavors outside of Upwork.
I carefully read all the rules of the community even before registering on the exchange, I did not violate anything. I just can’t understand why they didn’t even send me a letter with the reason for the block (I read on different sites that they usually send it). I don't understand anything at all. Does that mean I didn't pass the interview that well?

They never give reasons, you can only find out through an insider. Whether
you passed the interview well or not is known only to you, we were not there.

Are you sure you have no idea why you got banned? Painfully, these guys are categorical in your case.
Strange situation. AT . in any case, you can either accept it or continue to seek clarity or revision. I once asked questions on the forum, there were live upwork employees (including Russian-speaking ones). This seems to be a bit more effective than the standard noname unsubscribes. There is also a contact group. Try asking your question there.
Perhaps something will help from this topic - How to fix the situation on Upwork? .

And what kind of verification do you mean - a new account, or the one after which they give a tick "identified"?

Well, here's another sad story. The same thing happened to me the other day. I'm sure (!!!) that I didn't violate the upwork rules, at least those that are listed on their website! I don’t know if they don’t disclose something there, maybe they have hidden rules that no one knows about. No one is safe from the block, even top rated judging by the reviews and requests on the Internet.
