The client put the contract on pause, will I get the money?
Good afternoon,
We agreed with the client that he needs a redesign. I did it in 2 days, tracked it for about the time that I promised. The client did not like my work, it turned out that he wanted something completely different from what he prescribed in his job posting. Although during the discussion he admitted that I did everything that we discussed. In general, he was dissatisfied and put the contract on pause, saying that I had already blabbed all the time. And edits should be free. We agreed that we would not work any further. And he was quiet. The contract is still on hold.
Will I get the money that I blew? In the details of the contract it is written that I worked 6 hours and it turns out $250. In the list of contracts, the amount is already at zero. In pending, nothing is expected of him either. I can’t understand where this money is now and could he cancel the payment without my knowledge?
