What does the address listed on foreign freelance exchanges affect?

I live in Crimea. I want to freelance. I know English, so it seems to me that Russian freelance exchanges will be a waste of time for me (time for promotion) and sooner or later I will switch to international ones (Upwork, Freelancer, Projectlance). On the other hand, due to sanctions, I will have to provide a false address. I would like to know what it will be used for. Accordingly, without this information, I cannot even decide whether to use a Ukrainian or Russian address.
Advantages of specifying a Ukrainian address: 1) Better attitude of foreign customers (probably), because there is no risk of missed deadlines due to new sanctions against the Russian Federation 2) In the future, I really plan to go to Kiev and then I will only have to change the address to the real one (like I moved ), and the city specified in the account will
remain the same. Russian bank. Although, probably, if I had chosen to indicate a Ukrainian address, I would have started a virtual Ukrainian card tied to Qiwi. But if I decide to move to Kyiv in the future, such a change of citizenship may look very suspicious in the eyes of the administration.
Who has experience in international freelance exchanges, help me make a choice. When may proof of address be required?

after the emergence of ambiguity about the Crimea, all Ukrainian freelancers (and maybe all Russian ones) must be verified. require a bank statement or a transferred bill for the service, the address must be written on the bill.
I have an address in Kyiv, I have been verified once in 9 years of freelancing. for the last year - 4 (FOUR) times.
well, Russia’s image of stability is also not very good now, they are unlikely to pay attention if the budget is low, but with equal-valued options, they may well not choose you.
the easiest way is to go to Georgia, open an LLC there and indicate the Georgian address. after which it doesn't crash.

. Come on, think? in the field of freelancing, it seems to me that there is no such bias, but if you are planning to move soon, you can write Ukrainian, of course, if you are 100% sure of the move. Yes, and you are too serious about this issue, you will not be checked, but most likely your data will be needed to pay.

The address affects the verification possible.
That is, the address must be made such where you can then receive, for example, a bank statement.
As long as you are not suspected, the address does not affect anything.
Options with fictitious addresses from other countries are not correct advice, unless you can then prove that this is your address.
By specifying the left address, you increase the risk of losing an already promoted account.
PS:
In fact, they check very rarely.
You can take risks.

Most likely, the address is needed only for the purposes of invoicing and other accounting documents.

You verify this address with documents after registration, plus you will be checked by IP

I can only speak for Upwork. It seems to me that this can only affect if you bind the bank for Wire Transfer. I haven't used it yet, but I know there are a number of country-related quirks. I haven't needed an address or a phone number for anything else.
