In the Upwork profile, neither the IP (individual entrepreneur) nor the patronymic appear in the name, and even the surname is written differently. Upwork requires full compliance. I called them 5 times and received 5 different scenarios for solving the problem, until none of them worked. Someone faced a problem? How did they decide?

It turned out that
1. Everything that the support wrote and said (let the bank prove that you are you, prove that you are an individual entrepreneur, prove that you are Batkovich, wait and hear what the payment team will say, wait and hear what the identity team will say, wait and hear what the compliance team will say and etc.) - complete nonsense.
2. The foreign version of the name in the bank (at least at the dot) exists virtually and at the bank level the translation should not strictly match the Latin requisites.
I changed Dmitriy to Dmitry in the bank details on the upwork, and "Beneficiary name mismatch" disappeared, and at the same time the account blocking disappeared.

Yes, write to technical support, explain the situation, that IP means individual entrepreneur, and the last word is patronymic. The surname is written differently, because the differences in transcription, here in the passport below you see numbers instead of disputed letters, they can be interpreted like this and like this.
