А почему бы не зарабатывать на yii2, заказов хватает на upwork, можно еще изучить laravel, на западе более популярен и потихоньку на 1 или 2-м написать себе магазин.
Зачем влазить в эту клоаку (magento)? Про wp вообще молчу, на нем школьники работают и сильно цену снижают.
