4 days ago I took on a small job. After I sent the samples to the customer, he asked me to make a small edit. After I sent a request for work with attached sources, the customer disappeared. The status of the customer was good, the money was reserved and this amount was displayed in the "In Review" section. But yesterday they disappeared from the "In Review" section and are not displayed in the "REPORTS". Why did this happen and what should be done?
