I work mostly on Upwork. There, I have no problems with the evaluation of works (I am a freelancer).
The latest project on Elance. Finished work, you need to leave feedback to the client. As a result, it turned out only to write a review and request feedback. But there is a rating. On Upwork, this is all clear, but what about this on Elance? Where to evaluate the work by the stars?

There is such an old, I would say, ancient, epic way: write to technical support. She is very responsive there, always online and will answer all questions.
