Number of CALs

Something I can not understand the licensing scheme. Explain:
there is 1 file server on the 2008 server and 2 user computers on win7 - do I need to buy 2 device CALs?
there is 1 file the server on the 2008 server + 2 domain controllers on serv 2008 and 2 user computers - 2 device CAL?
there are 2 server files +2 CD + 2 users - also 2 feces?
there is a file server on Linux and 2 users on Windows - feces are not needed?

4. Cals are not needed If
several users sit at the same computer in shifts, then you need to take device cal
