Windows XP is not a licensed version

Microsoft has ended support for Windows XP.
Does this mean that pirated versions can now be installed in offices?

But what if there is software that only works on XP, but they don't sell it anymore?

In my opinion, Microsoft offered bonuses when upgrading from XP. 15% off, or something like that. Surely this program is in action. Although not an argument in this case.

If Microsoft does not allow earlier, then it will be possible to install without their permission around 2070, since the copyright will expire.

I'm more interested here, but will it be possible to activate XP after reinstallation (via the Internet or by phone), when its support will completely stop?
