Can I reship items from Microsoft Store USA to Russia using services like Shipito?

The point is that I don't really understand if this paragraph forbids

Microsoft Store does not permit a carrier to redirect a package to a new address after it has been shipped. This helps fight online fraud.

from the delivery rules.
If you can’t, but really want to, then what to do?

Such services make it possible to specify a fictitious address in the United States, which is quite valid for the sender. The only thing is that when paying by card, there may be problems for cards not issued by US banks. Here the only answer can be only personal experience.

If translated literally, then Microsoft prohibits the service of its delivery store from doing redirects on the fly.
Those. you can't place an order for one address (like a hotel in NY) and then tell UPSy when the box is on the way to ship it to Shipito.
If you immediately order to the Shipito address, then this address for the store's delivery service will be the final one and this has nothing to do with forwarding their (store) delivery. Well, what you will do with the box in the Shipito warehouse is none of their business).
But: if MS does not like mail forwarders, then all mass addresses of offices like Shipito can be blocked for delivery. However, this does not follow from your quote.
