I have a Microsoft account and have Windows 8 installed on my home PC. I have Windows 7 on my laptop. I would like to install Windows 8 on my laptop. The question itself: is it possible to log in / work simultaneously with one account on several PCs with Windows 8, will there be conflicts?

Yes, you can. It strains some moments of synchronization of settings, but this can be turned off.
