Microsoft software for certified trainers?

Previously, Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) could download (almost) any Microsoft software and keys from the Microsoft website for personal non-commercial use (if I'm not mistaken, there was something like an MSDN subscription for trainers).
Please tell me - can they do it now, or have they canceled everything?

MSDN was divided a bit, products for developers were moved to a separate subscription. Everything else is the same.
