Notebook slave

Hi all.
I have a lenovo ideapad y530 laptop.
Yesterday, when I tried to turn it on, he blinked at me with the power button and calmed down.
Today I started to figure out what the problem is.

When the laptop is powered on, the power diode blinks once, then fades out, then lights up again, the cd-rom rustles and then silence: the light is on, but nothing happens, even the cooler is not audible.

If you turn off the power (just from the battery), then the laptop flashes the power lamp and that's it.

Question: What to do? The warranty for the laptop has long ended, will you try to subdue it yourself (suddenly there is something banal there) or take it in for repair?
Any guesses as to what is broken?

@uscr

Do you have at least a basic understanding of circuitry?
Can you handle a soldering iron?
If not, then it is obvious that you yourself will not be able to subdue the laptop. This does not seem to be a "banal" malfunction.

Obviously with iron something.

Bring it in for repair, judging by the symptoms, this is not a banal replacement of a cable, thermal paste, screen cable, etc.
