The monitor does not work due to the BIOS, what should I do?

I changed something in the boot tab in the BIOS (like switching boot mode and boot priority to uefi) and after that the monitor stopped working. I have a laptop, the matrix is broken. I tried to go blindly into the bios and press f9 + enter, f10 + enter, it did not help. Notebook lenovo z510.

Is the matrix off the motherboard? Usually, the external monitor is used by default in this case.
Or, as above, they already wrote a BIOS reset via ClearCMOS. Because efi through the battery can not throw off all the settings.
If it doesn't help - to the service for a matrix toss / flashing

on the motherboard, find the clr_cmos pads on the datasheet and close it, maybe the legs themselves at the bios chip will have to be closed - you need to google it.
Otherwise, close the BIOS battery for 30 seconds.
If it does not help, unsolder it and wait longer.
Everything is at your own risk.
Better - to the service, they have everything for this, they can even connect the matrix without picking the motherboard and reset the bios.

It's unlikely that this is related. Have you tried using hotkeys to select a monitor?
