The processor of a new laptop is overheating - a marriage or a problem in the firewood / software?

I took a relatively budget laptop Lenovo ideapad -330 intel core i3 8130u + GeForce MX150, SSD 128, RAM - 8GB games are closed. Feels hot to the touch.
Drivers are the latest. There is a pirate ten. With a normal surf on the Internet, everything flies, but the cooler periodically rages.
I did several stress tests of the processor and video card: the processor heats up to almost 70 degrees after 2-3 minutes.
What can cause overheating and app crashes? Soft? or new laptops still shouldn't behave this way and is it worth suffering with a warranty?

From this description it is difficult to guess the cause of overheating, but
Anything can happen in pirated systems. Try to start another OS (for example, from a USB flash drive) and work in some demanding application. If it warms up, it is likely that the marriage, if not, then the matter is in the software.

It's so hard to say, if it's new, then rather a marriage
