Need advice on choosing a flash drive, FreeNAS will spin on it, which one will live for a long time?

USB flash drives

My Transcend died on 32 unknown models, after 1.5g with syslog disabled.
As I understand it, SLC cannot be found, which means MLC .. are there any good models?

There are also models of flash drives on SLC!
1. MX Technology ES Ultra - true SLC (Micron) memory, can be bought in the USA and delivered through an intermediary. I have two such microservers working.
2. Winkom Technology - also USB flash drives on SLC
3. There are also industrial Transcend, but I have not seen more than 4 GB.
