The amount of memory on the flash drive is occupied negatively. I don't know how it's possible, but it happened. I don’t know what to do ... When formatting a flash drive, the amount of memory goes more and more into minus. I'm on macOS EC.

The main thing in their advice - to install a direct access driver in a FLASH drive - can cause irrevocable fuck to your system. Buy a new drive - it will be cheaper.
