Which network to boot Atom from SSD?

There is a dedicated server on Atom. D525, 2 cores 4 threads, 1.8 GHz. 4 gb ram. On an SSD server. If you use NGINX and caching and give files from the server in a continuous stream, squeezing the maximum, then what channel will be able to score? And how many clients to serve at the same time?
There is a 1 gigabit channel, the server will be able to send streaming files to 1600 clients and will it be able to score an 800 Mbps channel (500 Kbps per client) ???
