No access to external storage?

Installed win 10 licensed. Updates rolled in today.
After installing them and restarting the computer, there is no way to access any external media, be it a flash drive / hard drive. Writes "Access Denied", although before the update everything worked fine. Under the local administrator comes, under an uchetka of the employee (from AD) is not present. If an employee sits down at another computer and enters by himself, he lets him on a USB flash drive. How is it possible to cure it?

look at the permissions on the flash drive.
check the local policy "Access to removable storage devices" for non-administrators. if it doesn't exist, create it.
