Why is the Windows disk not displayed when restoring from the recovery disk?

Windows has crashed on startup:

then this:

and after a few seconds, the cool thing disappears and just an infinitely black screen without any signs of life, no mouse, nothing
just flashes every few seconds num lock

read that you can make a recovery disk on another computer, did (burned a flash drive)
booted from it, I press restore and I get this window

I got to look at the disks through the console, but there is no disk with the system:

that is, it boots from a USB flash drive and does not load disks,
how can I solve this problem?

If the disk is healthy, it is determined in UEFI, then boot from the USB flash drive in UEFI mode.
This is the first, second, I don’t know what manipulations led to the failure, if the update, then two shutdowns after an unsuccessful download can help. And thirdly, I'm afraid that the flash drive will not help if there was no system backup, but it's worth a try, maybe there is a restore point.
