Monitor choice: 3 by 27" or 1 by 35"?

Which layout is better and why in your opinion?
3 monitors 27" 16:9
or
one 35" curved 21:9
Currently working for 1 27" - great, but want more space.
Applications - CAD and learning java.
Please write why one way or another.

Separate. Less glitches with software that does not understand a wide monitor.

I am also for 3 separate monitors.
One / two of them can be placed vertically, if necessary.
It is good to dock windows to the edges, expand to full screen.
