Why doesn't my Acer monitor show bios?

The problem is this: the Acer KA242Y monitor began to skip the stage of displaying the logo and post, that is, after turning on the PC and the monitor for some time (the monitor does not show anything all this time, just a dark screen), windows starts immediately. When I try to enter bios / uefi (I press the right key, that's for sure), the monitor remains dark.
I thought that the problem was in the PC, I took it to the service, where they calmly entered bios from their monitor.
I connected a plasma instead of a monitor - and it turned on as it should, that is, it showed a logo with a suggestion to enter bios. I successfully logged into uefi and tried the following: reset bios settings, updated bios, reinstalled windows - nothing helped.
Please help, I don't know what to do with it.

I can assume that this video card in the BIOS display mode gives a picture that this monitor does not support. Therefore, it turns out that you need to change the monitor or video card to see the BIOS, or connect it to the built-in video card. Unable to configure video display modes before start...

Do you have a keyboard that is connected through the monitor?
