Why can't the image fit on the second monitor?

I bought an HDMI cable and connected a second monitor. In principle - everything works, only the top panel of the browser and the bottom of the desktop are visible only by 30% - the rest is behind the screen.

Auto-adjustment was not available when using it as a second monitor.

I'm sitting on a laptop, resolutions / format and hertz are the same
