How to choose the right 4k monitor?

The question is - there was a need to change the monitor to something with 4k support. Went online - eyes widened. Basic requirements: diagonal from 27 "to 32", IPS matrix type, support for 4k, HDR, frequency 60 or 144 Hz, response time <= 5 ms.
The goal is to work with large tables, watch movies, play games (PC, PS4 / 5) The
price range varies depending on the diagonal and frequency. I would like to hear suggestions for models with some justification.

I bought a 27" LG 27UL850-W for 35 thousand. Now I see that the next one will probably be 31" I set the
resolution to 100% (font) 2560x1440. And if you put 3840x2160, then the font is small.
