How to display work processes on 2 screens?

Actually, here I am doing work in Photoshop. For this, one monitor is enough for me, but I have to do Ctrl + ( + ) or ( - ) every time. But, is it possible to make the work process on one monitor, and the current finished version on another? Such a Chrome Developer Tools (when you can change the source code and see the changes above), only for Photoshop.

Yes:
Window → Arrange → New window for %filename.psd%
The second screen will appear, its 100% scale and on the second monitor. Oh, it's convenient :)

Do you mean is it possible to open the same file but in two different tabs and have changes between them synchronized? You can: Window > Arrange > New Window for %filename%. Then just unpin the new tab and adjust the zoom on it as needed.
And are you serious about Ctrl+(+/-)? It's much more convenient to zoom in using Ctrl+Space+LMB (zoom in) or Ctrl+Alt+Space+LMB (zoom out). In this case, you do not need to remove your hand from the mouse and move your left hand across the keyboard. You can return to the original position through Ctrl + Space + RMB, selecting "Actual Pixels" from the menu. And also, if you have the use of a video card enabled in the Photoshop settings, then you can zoom in general by holding Ctrl + Space + LMB and moving the cursor left / right so that the zoom is smooth.
