Is there a CRM in nature that:
1. Worked in tandem with the phone book of a smartphone - i.e. the call went through, you immediately scored it in the CRM, as a client, and so on.
2. would have the opportunity to be deployed on its hosting.
3. would have a web version - this is for those who work at a hospital

no one will make an application for the phone just to remember the number from the call.
If there is still a web version, then just open the site from the phone and copy the number from the call there.
