Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Associated with the development of this type of CRM system. I am working on CRM 4.0 and CRM 2011. Sometimes, when I could not find information about the features of this type of CRM on the Internet, I climbed here, but was disappointed not to see a single post dedicated to it. I wanted to start writing about it. Although I know about the existence of a Russian-language site dedicated to him, but it seems to me that there are more people here and the development of the topic will go more dynamically.
So, does the hub need it? Are there people who are also willing to share their experience or help each other with CRM?

The topic is insanely interesting, as I am a beginner in this field and slowly trying to master this system (as an implementer and administrator) on duty.
Interested in how this CRM can help the contact center, product sales functionality, integration with business applications.
Just yesterday at lunch we tried to discuss this CRM. As it turned out, none of us had experience with this system in order to understand “how everything is in reality”, without marketing slogans.
I am mainly interested in how high the entry threshold for end users is (how difficult it will be to train them, although I think there should be no problems with this) and the practice of integration with other typical company systems (1C 8.2, for example. Web services, blah blah blah).
In general, it would be interesting to hear this from the lips of a practitioner.
In this case, I would like to recommend to all of you a Russian-language site , perhaps you will find answers to your more general questions there, which I would not like to repeat here. In addition, as a developer, I am already interested in some specific ways of solving problems. More general questions can, in principle, be studied on English-language blogs, although why not, why not consider general provisions. The main thing was to decide in principle whether it was necessary or not.
