Why are Win10 updates not coming (1809)?

Tell me please, what could be the reasons that updates 1809 do not come?
Previously, it was updated without problems, but now it does not work at all. Writes that the latest updates are installed. Although it seems that everything has already been fixed and the updates have started to be distributed again, but apparently not to everyone...

1 - they come to me (it costs 1809, caught by a manual request, in the first 2-3 days before the distribution stops)
2 - if you're waiting for 1809 itself, there are regular reports of bug fixes and "giveaways" but they are all accompanied by the phrase "among insiders". in this case, at your own peril and risk, you can turn on insider trading and request update
3 - I have not yet seen information about the resumption of the official distribution of 1809 itself, although in my subscriptions there are at least a couple of resources that would immediately trumpet it. but even in this case, days may pass before "your turn". this has already become the norm with semi-annual updates

I'm using the official Windows 10 update log . It still says that 1809 is suspended.
