Since I'm learning C # and trying to learn mobile development, I decided to run the application in an emulator, which gave me this kind of error:

I had a similar issue. Only 16 gigs of RAM, and half of the hardware is reserved - 8 gigs. This happened after cleaning the computer from dust and replacing the thermal paste. It helped to disassemble again and clean the contacts of the processor and the socket. Turns out I put some thermal paste in there. Now everything is fine, all 16 gigs of RAM are free
