Missing DRSC+DRDY or disk won't remove BISY?

Victoria and MHDD do not see the wd 500gb sata 6gb/s screw. The screw works fine, only in the win8.1 task manager the disk loading is often 100%. But ubunta with livecd does not want to mount the volume, writes something about ntfs being in unsafe mode and asks to load Windows and turn it off as expected. Victoria writes an error, as in the title of the topic. Which channel should you choose? In BIOS, the hard drive is connected to channel 2 sata6g-2 (Yellow). And what about the color yellow?

The SATA mode of operation must be IDE for Victoria to work, but most likely it costs AHCI.
What ubunta writes and needs to be done, i.e. completely turn off the system, and then boot, and not load it from sleep mode.
