Is it possible to recover data after formatting a flash drive? If I first formatted it, then installed the installation of the Windows image through refus, and during the installation I remembered that I had formatted the wrong flash drive ... Please tell me is it really possible to restore at least text files?

If you then wrote data to a USB flash drive, the chance to recover is minimal. I would say vanishingly insignificant.
The more data you wrote down, the less chance.

depending on when you hit cancel.
it was after formatting that almost 100% of the information could be restored. and after you started overwriting it with other data, the chance is already less.
in general, go over the flash drive with data recovery software. for example R-studio
