What to do with a hard drive that has print_req_error: I/O errors?

Hello. Please tell me what can be done with this disk? (except how to change it)
Are these errors critical?

The disk appears to be normal.
First, check the cable itself and the connectors.
Although it is rather strange that it specifies a specific sector. Try to back up important things and run a test with Victoria.

It looks like a softbad. In case of power loss, the sector was not completely recorded, which is why the checksum in it is not correct.
It is necessary to forcefully write something to this sector. For example zeros with hdparm
