Mini PC for web design?

I want to build a mini PC for work. I'm looking for a Slim Desktop case, in which there is no possibility of installing a video card (for the sake of compactness, because I want to be able to be mobile), but with a power supply unit.
At the moment I found PowerCool S0002BK 200 W. The PSU, in theory, should change. If you know the cases in which such a system will enter, I will be very grateful for your comments.
Well, a question. Advise which bundle is better?
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G / 2600 processor
ASRock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard
or
Intel Core i5-8600K Coffee Lake processor
ASRock Z370M-ITX/ac motherboard
I will not overclock the processor, because cooling in a small case will most likely be , not enough.
Under this, everything is taken SSD Samsung MZ-76E500BW and 16 Gb RAM with a frequency of 2666 MHz.
