Microsoft Lync Server analogue for *nix
Hi all. I can not find an analogue of Microsoft Lync Server. Are there similar ones? The functionality is needed much poorer - chat and voice calls (the possibility of a group conference). FreeBSD system. Preferably with one client for all possibilities.
PS More corporate analogue of Skype

Try OpenFire - Full-fledged Jabber + AD-authorization + VoIP module installed separately (screwed to Asterisk) + Own client (Spark) with built-in voice support.
It might suit you. I successfully implemented it instead of Lync at my last place of work - 6 years of normal flight.
Asterisk, starting from version 11, supports the SIP MESSAGE method (sending a text message) outside the call context; it seems there are softphones that can chitik on SIP MESSAGE. With voice communication, obviously, there are no problems :)
It's a pity that jabber doesn't really know how to make audio conferences. Alternatively, jabber for chats and p2p calls, mumble for audio conferencing
Asterisk, since version 10, to be more precise. Of the clients, at least Jisti supports telephone, conferencing, and messaging. PortGo accurately receives messages, I'm not sure about sending.
Try it. CommuniGate Pro. Paid. But there is a demo.
Able to work as a mail server, VoIP, chat. Can be clustered.
