Windows 10 and Geforce GT 740M (FulHD) blur fonts?

Hello. I have the latest build of Windows 10 b.10130 on a Lenovo z510 Ful hd laptop.
With the latest video card driver update, fonts in all programs have become small and blurry. Did a rollback and everything fell into place, after a couple of reboots all over again. Today, in the dispatcher, the rollback button is no longer active, but the problem persists.
Everything is displayed normally on the desktop and explorer, but in all other programs it is blurry and small.
The resolution is correct (1920x1080), ClearType is enabled.
Has anyone had similar problems or have any thoughts?

There was such a problem. I solved it by setting 100% in the font increase options (like) in the display settings.

If everything is fine in the explorer, check if the HighDPI mode is enabled. If enabled, then programs that do not support it (and there are many of them, especially old ones) will look blurry.
