How to get One Note for schools if you are a tutor?

OneNote has a great add-on for teachers - a workspace, mailing and checking homework, class notebooks, and more.
I am a tutor. I have an Office 365 subscription but the teacher features are not available - you need a school account and it needs mail on school domains... How do I get One Note for teachers?
PS The function is free, but only for school accounts...
