Methods of learning spoken English?

Understanding that there are classical approaches, conversational clubs, etc., but I'm looking for a method of independently pulling up conversational skills.
My level is probably upper intermediate.
I can listen to podcasts, watch YouTube, some courses on programming languages / technologies.
But it’s more and more difficult with spoken English, trying to talk to myself, I understand that my thoughts run ahead, but I can’t pronounce without grammatical errors, that is, I said at first, and immediately realized that I had said with a mistake or was not consistent with my thoughts. This is especially true for complex sentences with dependent parts, tense agreements, etc. Writing is easier, there is time to think.
The goal is to pass interviews in foreign companies, and if they fail, it is not because of English.
When I talk to myself, introducing myself in an interview, I notice that my speaking skill is being pumped, but I use only those grammatical constructions and phrases that I already know, without adding anything new to speech.
I came across this method on YouTube , in general, you listen like someone, pause, try to repeat a phrase or sentence. If the sentence does not immediately fit in the head, then the phrases are shorter.
For example, you hear: "When i was young, i ..."
You say: "When he was young, he ..."
That is, in theory, the absorption of language structures, expressions, pronunciation occurs through repetition after the speaker.
I tried it, the minus is that sometimes there is a pause in the middle of a phrase, breaking off a word, hearing half of it, pressing the pause, you hear the second half of the cut off word.
Perhaps there are some video courses specifically for conversational skills,

No, you don't have upper intermediate.
You are doing some kind of garbage, I'm sorry, I'm reading and wondering how a person mediocrely squanders his time.
Download books to reinforce the theory, watch video lessons for listening, go to chatroulette or something like that for simple communication.
All these idiotic "advice" that you took somewhere is utter nonsense.

Practice. Communication.
The classic tip is conversation courses. But, to be honest, the practice there is not so hot. And it is also important to be lucky with the teacher, so that he corrects mistakes, and does not ignore. In any case, in the group, the teacher's attention is scattered and he does not devote all the time to you.
Therefore, the main advice from me is communication with the carrier. And then the options:
1) Make friends or get yourself a partner and communicate.
2) Take a tutor (a carrier is a must, plus not everyone is suitable for various reasons).
3) Play games (MMO, for example) and communicate with English speakers (I don’t advise, you won’t learn anything useful)
4) There are sites on the Internet for practicing conversational - you can find an interlocutor and communicate.
5) Any other practice that comes up. But definitely with a carrier.
Well, let me remind you that there are many dialects. In any case, you will gain experience on a specific example. Let’s say can can be pronounced through “e” or “a”, but in fact it’s not one or the other, but something in between, and this difference cannot be expressed in words, you need a carrier who will hear exactly you, how exactly you pronounce, and either nod approvingly or correct. And he, too, must understand that there are several correct options, but there are also absolutely wrong ones. And yet everyone has their own horizon. But feedback from the carrier is better than other methods.
