MacBook restarts itself. Logs in full?

MacBook mid 2009. It crashes and reboots itself almost every day twice. Where to dig, what to do?

How does the crash and restart happen - before that you don’t notice any image glitches on the screen?
Restart your Mac in diagnostic mode: hold down the key Dwhile restarting. There, run a memory test and some more.
Try resetting PRAM: hold down when rebooting Cmd+Opt+P+R
. But in general, you need to bring it to the service, of course. At least for prevention: clean, blow, spit.
upd. looked at the logs. It mentions page fault - this is a memory error. Most likely memory is failing. So the option is to replace the memory.

@keslo

Run a memory test to get started, or change the memory
