LibreOffice how to verify legal status?
Good afternoon.
I read a lot, but how to prove the exact answer in the case of verification (and here in Russia it is you who have to prove that you are not a camel) that LibreOffice can be used in a commercial organization without buying software?

Download the LGPL license, print it out and this should be enough for the idea
Print the text of the license agreement and be ready to present it. Translation of the text of the contract into Russian and its notarization are not required (and if you follow the letter of the law, then you don’t need to print the text of the contract either, because the law allows contracts to be concluded in electronic form - part 2 of article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). At the same time, it should be remembered that free licenses can still be violated, therefore, inspectors have the right to establish the circumstances of the use of programs distributed under these licenses.
Some organizations still provide services for compiling "popover" pieces of paper - various certificates for the right to use free software, but the legal status of such a certificate will be like that of any sheet of text.
