I am looking for a sane open source product for running a startup. Requirements - a team of min 5 people and more, openness, freedom, preferably in python. What you need: Scrum, installation on a lin-server, Gantt charts

https://trello.com - not open source but does the job of a scrum board.
There is also asana.com
From open source and python, there is nothing really, perhaps, except that Trac + agilo will suit your needs, although agilo is paid.
